Comprehensive Case Analysis & Initial Consultation | $400
Your health journey is unique, and your first appointment reflects that. Deep work is required to understand your case fully:
Pre-Visit Preparation: Dr. Chong spends 1–2 hours reviewing your intake forms, previous lab results, and medical history before the visit.
Evidence-Based Research: We perform a targeted literature review and clinical research specific to your health concerns.
The Consultation: A 60-minute dedicated 1-on-1 session where we deep-dive into your goals and questions.
Clinical Synthesis: Patients receive a detailed, thoughtfully planned initial treatment plan following our session.
Ongoing Treatment Support: Dr. Chong is available to provide clarity on your active treatment plan. For new health concerns or complex adjustments that require a deeper clinical review, we will schedule a dedicated follow-up to ensure your questions receive the thorough attention they deserve.

Established Patient Consultation I $200 (30 mins) | $350 (60 mins)
Follow-up appointments are used to review new lab data, monitor progress, and pivot your treatment plan as your body heals. Just as with initial visits, these fees include the time Dr. Chong spends analyzing your new data and updating her clinical research file behind the scenes.
