Lauren completed her degree in Nutrition at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

After graduating, she spent five years working in South Korea, where she personally experienced the transformative benefits of naturopathic medicine. This experience sparked her passion for holistic healing and led her to pursue a career in naturopathic medicine.

Lauren attended naturopathic medical school at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, graduating magna cum laude. During her clinical internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic, she treated a diverse range of patients before returning to California. She is passionate about helping patients who are seeking natural alternatives to conventional medicine.

As a women’s health practitioner, Lauren treats a wide range of health concerns, from PCOS to hormone balancing. She is committed to providing integrative, patient-centered treatments that support the body’s innate ability to heal and restore balance.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys Pilates, long walks with her dog, Willow, and cheering on the San Francisco 49ers.
